Been a while...

I haven't posted on here in forever but things have been great! I took a week off over the time that I haven't been on and had a few slip ups but I haven't stopped working towards my goal.  I am 18lbs down from when I first started in Dec-Jan. While the weight hasn't came off like I would like for it to.. I have toned a great deal and that makes me happy:) Here's a recent pic.. just before I got my sweat
I will continue to keep pushing play and I am not giving up.. I can't wait to reach my goal!!

I am back on track today and it feels great. Lots of water, healthy food and a hell of a sweaty workout:) I plan on hitting it super hard this month! After losing 13lbs in the month of January I know that I can do it again this month.. #Determined

Well I have totally slacked this week:/ My husband was off all week and we treated ourselves to pizza, spaghetti and sweets. I had no willpower this week!! I can not wait to get back on track Monday morning. I feel yucky and tired so I know that I have got to step my game up and get back to my clean eating and drinking plenty of water. I can do it and I WILL:)

I am so glad that I finally got my head right and back on track with living a healthy lifestyle. I feel amazing. Clean food in my body.. tons of water.. going hard on my workouts, and the result? 11 pounds lighter and full of energy:) I am making a lot of changes this year and I'm really not sure why I didn't do them sooner but the end results of these changes are surely going to be amazing!!

Lots to post today! I went shopping this morning and bought all healthy items. Plenty of fruits, veggies and beans. Adding color to my life:) It just sucks that healthy food is so expensive:/

I also bought these new workout capri's on the clearance rack while I was out. When I returned home my E&E was in the mailbox waiting for me and I couldn't wait to put on my new pants, try out my new drink and burn this fat off!! While shopping I debated on getting the next size down but then chose to stick with the size I have been forever now. BIG MISTAKE! While working out, all the jumping and sweating in the pants that were already loose just made them fall down. I think I spent more time picking my pants up than working Hey I'm not mad.. means change is happening:)

What a productive day:) Now it's time to hit the sack and get that much needed 6-8 hrs sleep. Laters!!

It's amazing how great you feel when you exercise daily! I actually look forward to working out it's the eating better that is my problem. I can go all day eating clean until dinner. Making dinner for picky kids is hard and trying not to eat what I cook for them is even And not to mention wanting something sweet afterwards. I am learning new recipes that we all will like and trying hard to find something healthy in place of a sweet fatty treat at the end of the night. But hey it's a process and as long as I am trying to change and making progress than that makes me happy.

The photo above is me flexing what small new muscle I I never thought I would like lifting weights but to my surprise I do. It makes me feel stronger and honestly seeing the changes my body is making because of the added weights with my cardio I want to smack myself for not doing it sooner. Love it! Keep pressing play people and get up and MOVE!!
