I am back on track today and it feels great. Lots of water, healthy food and a hell of a sweaty workout:) I plan on hitting it super hard this month! After losing 13lbs in the month of January I know that I can do it again this month.. #Determined

Well I have totally slacked this week:/ My husband was off all week and we treated ourselves to pizza, spaghetti and sweets. I had no willpower this week!! I can not wait to get back on track Monday morning. I feel yucky and tired so I know that I have got to step my game up and get back to my clean eating and drinking plenty of water. I can do it and I WILL:)
